History

The summer before Jeff Madsen went to college to study film one of his good friends taught him the game of NL holdem. Jeff started to go to small Indian Casino where the $2/$5 NL tables soon became his regular stomping ground.
When the 2006 WSOP was approaching Jeff lent some additional funds from his parents in order to participate in 6 events. His inital hope was to maybe cash in two of them. Five out of the six planned events were holdem (his main game) with the remaining one being the $1500 Omaha event.

After taking 3rd in the $1500 Omaha event Jeff decided to play a few extra ones and the rest, shall we say, is history.
